The Village of Arkasa

Arkasa is the second largest village in Karpathos. It is located by the sea on the southwestern part of Karpathos, roughly 16 km from Pigadia. There is a plateia with several restaurants in the center of the village.

Nearby, you will want to see the beautiful mosaics located by the small church near the Palaiokastro peninsula. But please be respectful of this site, and do not take any "souvenirs".

If you are looking for nightlife village style, "El Nino", located on Arkasa's main road, serves up an excellent Greek style Euro-night every Thursday night.
